George R. R. Martin is not pleased regarding Sad Puppies. Not at all. To quote him directly:

“I think the Sad Puppies have broken the Hugo Awards, and I am not sure they can ever be repaired.”

In fact, he’s doing a whole series of blog posts on the issue, analyzing it in depth.

Do you know what this means? What this really means? It’s that the Sad Puppies have done something absolutely unforgivable. They’ve crossed one line too many.

 

They’ve helped push back the release date of The Winds of Winter that much farther.
